Dispatch

Orders are dispatched within 3 to 5 working days, with tracking on every parcel. You will receive a dispatch email with your tracking link.

UK delivery

Delivered by Royal Mail Tracked 48, usually within 2 to 5 working days of dispatch. Rates start at £4.99 and depend on weight; you will see the exact charge at checkout.

Europe and worldwide

We ship to almost every country. Rates start at £24.99 and are calculated at checkout. Delivery usually takes 7 to 11 working days, and customs can add delays. To save on delivery, check our stockists for a partner near you.

Duties and taxes

Orders sent outside the UK, including to EU countries, may be charged import duty or VAT by the destination country. These charges are set by your country's customs, are not included in our prices or delivery charge, and are paid by the recipient on delivery. If you are unsure, check with your local customs office before ordering.

Tracking and delays

If your parcel has not moved for 10 working days, email info@qurantrace.com with your order number and we will investigate with the carrier.

Wrong address

Please check your address at checkout. If a parcel comes back to us because of an incorrect address, we can resend it once you cover the new postage.
