UK shipping charges for one copy of the Quran begin at £4.99. However, charges are dependent upon weight and thus fluctuate depending on the size of your order.

All charges are calculated at checkout and integrated directly with Royal Mail. 

What are your European and international delivery estimates and charges?

European and international shipping charges begin at £24.99. Charges fluctuate depending on the size of your order and are calculated at checkout.

 Are there any customs charges?

If you’re ordering goods for delivery outside of the UK, your shipment may be subject to import duties and taxes. These charges are imposed once the items reach the country of destination.

All charges related to customs clearance must be settled by the recipient.

I’ve ordered, what now?

Once your order has been placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfilment team has received your order. Once your order has been despatched, you’ll receive another email with your tracking information so you can keep an eye on your delivery schedule.

Can I return my item for refund?

Quran Trace is happy to refund your items on presentation of a valid receipt. Please note, refunds or exchanges will only be given if the seal of the item is unbroken or the product is faulty (any defect or damage to the Quran that was not caused by the customer).

Items must be returned within 14 days of purchase and be in perfect condition (unless faulty), in their original packaging. 

We will issue a refund to your original payment method.
